Both the free services below could be useful to you. The Energetics Test will ask you several questions that you can answer with multiple choice, regarding how you feel. This would help us build an overview of your energetics that can pinpoint the holistic therapy that your case would require.
For the Diet Check, we offer you to enrol in our program, which gives you free access to our Clinical App, and you can log your foods, moods, and activity, and chat 12/7 with the practitioner. After 5 days you are asked to book a call to receive a detailed report. This could be helpful to understand what is going on with your diet and if anything should improve!
At the end of both free tests it is advised to book a free 30 mins consultation to get your reports and chat about your results and concerns.
Pain is always the same. Its cause is not.
If you normally take care of your pain with painkillers only, you might not have found a solution yet: pain comes back, and sometimes you are feeling worse. That is because you are not resolving the cause of your pain.

He has back pain, he also feels nausea in the morning, like a hangover feeling and has swelling on his ankles

The consultation can be organised in our Marylebone Clinic, or at Monument and Belgravia's. It will consist of:
Clinical examination: this would allow us, if required by the case, to assess your physical body, whether there are internal organs issues (e.g. lungs, digestive system) or muscular or peripheral problems (e.g. limbs, skin, eyes, ears). The pulse check, blood pressure taking, and tongue examination as well as various other physical examinations may also be required and performed if necessary.
Naturopathic Questionnaire: it is a thorough check of all your medical history, medication, and symptoms investigations in every area of the body. The practitioner will ask you numerous questions to cover all the aspects of your wellbeing
Iridology: a picture of both your eyes will be taken to provide an iridological report to support the findings from the clinical examination and Naturopathic Questionnaire
After the consultation a period of research will pass (normally 3-7 days) at the end of which a Protocol will be issued and indications of what Herbal Remedies and dietary plan would be required. The remedies can be purchased separately from this page (The Herbal Package).
This inital consultation can also be done online or over the phone, preferably with a videocall.

Review of the progress of the previous program of therapy or protocol
Assessment of new developments and re-issue of a refined plan and new course of action as required
